Women can be referred by a pregnancy center, church, individual, or other agency.
Women will be able to stay in the home for up to 9 weeks following the birth of the baby.
While in residence, women will participate in counseling, education, Bible study, household chores, community living, practical classes such as parenting, job skills and budgeting.
Initial interviews will be conducted off-site to review expectations and application process.
Women will have the opportunity to learn crafts and life skills such as gardening, cooking and art.
Light House Station will assist the resident in transition out of the home by providing planning help, material support, agency referrals, and on-going counseling resources.
